Why so Stressed out?

    I was saddened to hear about a Walmart employee who was trampled to death because of Black Friday shoppers. At the end of the day people it's all  just stuff. If you find the holidays stressing you out.
    STOP. Take slow deep breaths for 2 minutes. Your brain thrives on oxygen and when it is has a bunch of O2, you think clearly and calmly.
