    Try this Pranayama technique to help
    you get your z's. It focuses on breathing
    to settle your body and quiet your mind.

    Inhale through the nose for a count of 6
    Hold for a count of 3
    Exhale through the nose for a count of 6
    Hold for a count of 3
    Repeat this series 4 more times
    Next, inhale through the nose for a count of 6
    Exhale through the nose for a count of 6
    Repeat this series 4 more times
    Don't stress yourself about the exact
    numbers. Simply follow the inhale/hold
    exhale/hold pattern.

    Focusing on your breathing and nothing
    else causes you to hone in on the present
    and...relax.
