Two Ways To Win In This Economy

    The economy is on a lot of people's minds.
    When it affects everyone's fitness we're
    going to chime in.

    So here it is...

    Stress and cheap fatty foods are two ways
    these times are doing bad things to
    your health.

    Here are a few things you can control amidst
    the uncertainty:

    • Send stress packing by exercising solo or in groups
    • Another great way to relax is yoga or meditation
    • Get spontaneous exercise by taking stairs etc.
    • Grow some of your own produce or...
    • Buy what is in season or on sale or...
    • Stock up on frozen veggies
    • Fill your cupboard with bulk dry items like beans, lentils, and quinoa

    We know how you're feeling out there. We've felt
    the effects of this economy too, but we've found
    that exercise gives you a sense of accomplishment
    and helps you manage stress.

    We've also found that rethinking how you shop
    can  help you stretch your dollar and still
    allow you to eat good and healthy food without
    breaking the bank.
